WHAT INTERESTS YOU MOST OFTEN
Do you really work on weekends and without extra pay?
Yes. I know you are at work during the week and don't want to take a vacation because of the floor. I adapt the implementation dates to your needs, not the other way around. The price for the work is fixed and is the same on Tuesday morning and Sunday afternoon.
What is the final price per m²?
I don't give you a "fixed price" because every floor is different. The price depends on the flatness of the substrate, the type of covering and the complexity of the space (number of corners, skirting boards). I will come, measure for free and give you an accurate calculation that will not change. No additional costs at the end.
Is it necessary to level (screed) the floor before laying?
In 90% of cases, yes. In order for vinyl or flooring to last for years and not show unevenness, the substrate must be perfectly flat. I will measure the flatness myself and, if necessary, perform machine leveling. I will not lay the floor on a crooked substrate - I could not guarantee the result.
Will you supply me with the flooring, or should I buy it myself?
It's entirely up to you. If you have already selected or purchased the material, I will be happy to professionally install it for you. If not, I can supply you with quality coverings from proven manufacturers (Fatra, Gerflor, Tarkett), often at better prices than in hobby markets.
What about the old floor and furniture?
I can help you with heavy furniture, but small items should be cleared away. I can tear down old coverings (carpet, linoleum) and dispose of them in an environmentally friendly manner so you don't have to worry about it. We will agree on everything during the survey.
How long does it take to install one room?
The actual installation of a regular room (approx. 20 m²) is usually completed in one day. However, if leveling (stroking) is done, it is necessary to take into account a technological pause of 24–48 hours for the screed to dry. I never prioritize speed over quality.
